Experience a waterfront vacation at this beachy, 3-bedroom, 4-bath home, located along the Sound shoreline and only a 3-minute walk down a quiet street to the beach cross-over. Step onto your private boat dock to fish or launch your boat from the private boat ramp. By boat, it is approximately 10 minutes to the inlet. You can easily enjoy the serenity and amenities of sound front living coupled with the excitement of crashing waves of the ocean and toes in the warm sand.
Sleeps up to 13 People
Helluva View sleeps 10 people or up to 13 with sleeper sofas. The two upper-level bedrooms each include a king-size bed and private bathrooms. The king master also has a twin sleeper sofa. The lower-level bedroom is decorated in a fish tank theme with a queen bed, two sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and a private bathroom that is excellent for a full family or dedicated kids' space. The living room includes both a queen-size sleeper sofa and a futon.
1-block to the beach
The beach cross-over is only 1 block away with an easy walk down a quiet side road. Parking is also available at the beach cross-over. A beach cart is stored in the garage and available to owners to haul their beach equipment to/from.
Pet Friendly
'Helluva View' welcomes guests with up to three dogs of any size! Pet fee(s) apply per pet. The upper deck is equipped with a kid/doggie gate.
Hot Tub
Helluva View includes a 6-person hot tub that is active year-round and equipped with LED lighting features.
Outdoor and Lower Deck Amenities
The outdoor area features an upper deck overlooking the water and wrapping around ¾ of the house. The screened-in lower deck has a lounge sofa and chairs, a high-top table, a tiki bar, a TV, and a hot tub. The upper deck includes several tables and chairs for seating up to 14 to relax, dine, and enjoy the burning sunsets over the Sound. A grilling area, picnic table, and an outdoor shower are located waterside. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and several crab traps are available for guests to use during their stay at Helluva View.
Peloton Home Gym
Helluva View also has a Peloton home gym. No paid membership is required to access the Peloton content, which includes cycling, strength, Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, etc. The home gym is equipped with yoga mats, free weights, and more.
